As a DC Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, ensuring they meet their sales targets, and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of Dulux Consultants, ensuring they meet their sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the DC force, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales, marketing, and operational activities.
• Represent Akzo Nobel at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the paints and coatings industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, as well as industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with sales management software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
