The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring they meet organizational goals and employee development needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with training partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality training services.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Support the development and maintenance of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Assist in the management and coordination of training schedules and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department, including record-keeping and reporting.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Support the development and implementation of e-learning and digital training solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training solutions is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
