📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver AutoCAD training programs tailored to the needs of mechanical engineering students and professionals.
• Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
• Conduct interactive training sessions, providing hands-on experience with AutoCAD software.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Collaborate with the training team to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AutoCAD and mechanical engineering.
• Provide ongoing support to participants, addressing any questions or concerns and offering additional resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD trainer or instructor, with a strong background in AutoCAD software and its application in mechanical engineering.
• Certification in AutoCAD (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple training programs.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with students, professionals, and companies in the manufacturing and engineering sectors is a plus.
