As an Import-Export & Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing our import-export processes, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics. You will also handle our accounting tasks, such as financial reporting, bookkeeping, and payroll. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of international trade regulations. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage import-export processes, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics.
• Handle accounting tasks such as financial reporting, bookkeeping, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in import-export and accounting practices.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
