🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
