📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to optimize productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards.,Conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
