📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.,Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and regulations is a plus.
