📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting training sessions for new hires.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is a plus.,Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus.
