📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
