📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor and report on team performance,Coordinate with other departments to meet organizational goals,Assist in training and developing new team members,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Maintain accurate records and reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other management software,Ability to work well under pressure,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
