📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in retail.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
