📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects for the hotel, including infrastructure, drainage, and structural systems.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Maintain and manage the hotel's maintenance schedules and budgets.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in civil engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
