📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Stay up-to-date with new cooking techniques and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
