📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events as required.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
