In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and documentation.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing HR databases, and coordinating with other departments.,Assist in employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns, facilitating communication between employees and management, and supporting HR initiatives.,Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and provide guidance to employees and management as needed.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
