📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
