📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Mandarin to students of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
• Create and maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in school events and activities to promote the school's mission and values.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and trends in language education.
• Contribute to the development of new teaching materials and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Mandarin language program.
• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with educational technology and multimedia tools.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not required).
