📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Manage and coordinate the work of the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,A degree in a relevant field such as Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
