As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards and learn new skills.
• Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays and cleaning tables.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid work permit for Indonesia.
