📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit with company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide recruitment support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
