📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels, and manage the budget effectively.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff and customers.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.,Experience in marketing and customer service, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
