📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to secure new business for the company.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and sales skills.,Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
