📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials.,Ensure that the documentation is easy to understand and follows best practices for technical writing.,Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English.
