📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for restaurant facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime for our restaurants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on restaurant operations.
• Certification in Preventive Maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)).
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as CMMS (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.
