📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Oversee the billing process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll and billing laws and regulations, and ensure our processes reflect current best practices.
• Provide training and support to employees on payroll and billing matters.
• Analyze payroll and billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll information for employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and billing management, preferably in an international or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software, such as QuickBooks Payroll or ADP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Indonesia and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Certification in payroll or accounting is a plus.
