📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and manage service appointments for electric vehicles.
• Process insurance claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Use SAP and CRM systems to streamline operations and improve customer service.
• Provide technical support to customers, answering questions about vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure vehicles are well-maintained and ready for delivery.
• Monitor and report on service performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the electric vehicle industry to provide informed advice to customers.
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, friendly, and focused on delivering excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, automotive service, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and maintenance.
• Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
