In this role, you'll manage a team of skilled laborers, coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, and ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and project specifications. Your daily tasks will include site inspections, quality control, and problem-solving, all while maintaining open communication with your team and the project management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of skilled laborers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any challenges or changes to the project plan.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the construction team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property construction, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
