📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store displays and ensure shelves are stocked according to company standards.
• Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately.
• Support the store manager with daily operations, including inventory management and restocking.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers, helping to drive store performance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
