📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide onsite IT support for desktop, network, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently

- Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Proficient in using Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
