  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals and providing guidance to achieve them.

  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Provide regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and startup ecosystems.
